The staff at the car rental agency was extremely patient and meticulous, explaining the car's features, assisting with language settings, and pointing out existing scratches or dents, fully demonstrating exceptional service awareness.

The car pickup was convenient, but there was a bit of a line.

There were no cars available on the pickup day, or they wanted to give me a downgraded 308 even though I booked a station wagon. I tried other rental companies, but I didn't have time to wait any longer. I needed the car urgently that day, otherwise, I might have checked other nearby rental places.

Upgraded to a bigger car and an automatic for a little extra cost. Was well worth it. Very happy with both the car and service.
