Horrible pick up experience. Dialled the qeeq provided number. Phone tree maze. Connected me to hertz. Restarted, same rubbish. Had to answer a bunch of ‘confirmation’ questions instead of a simple “we’ll be right there”. Manager on site was too busy for me, so waited until he called an employee in.

Price drop DID work. And that was a valuable benefit

Pick up and drop off was smooth. Car was in great condition. No pushy sale from staff, which was great, but staff simply just gave us car key without directing or gave instruction to the car location. We witnessed other staffs brought their customers to the car. Dissatisfied with this as we did not know where to get the car and had to get another employee to help us. Other than that, all was good.

Easy and straight to the point booking. Drop price worked like magic! Love this function!

Friendly and helpful staff member. Had no issues at all. Pick up from airport was easy and drop off equally as good.
