The pick-up and drop-off process was very smooth.

The pickup and drop-off points are a bit far from the airport. The shuttle bus is quite timely though.

Ace gave me Toyota Rav4 which was what I booked. Car was clean and in good shape!

Easyrentcars was easy to use and the charges was very reasonable.

Everything was perfect except the phone didn’t answer. The recorded message said we had to stay on the line to arrange pickup, but then on all 3 phone numbers we were put through to a message bank and there was a message “the message bank of (number) is full. Please try again later. Not only us but two other renters did the same. There was a lot of anxiety and stress which was unnecessary even though the shuttle came within about 15 mins.

AUD 250 was held as deposit & it was cancelled when the car was returned in good condition.

More info on the car such as the capacity & which are the types of car of same equivalent will be good
