No unexpected charges so far. Overall good service. They do promote insurance, but clearly state that it's optional without causing trouble.

When I arrived, the place was relatively empty, so there was almost no waiting time. The rental process went smoothly—they just briefly asked if I had purchased insurance from a third party, and once I confirmed I had, they didn’t push for additional insurance. The car was fairly new, with a mileage of 20,000 kilometers. Returning the car was also hassle-free; after the vehicle inspection, they confirmed everything was fine, and the deposit was refunded within about a week.

Reasonable price, but they will have hidden huge charges upon return you car like clean the car for $25

I was looking forward renting a Fiat 500 that I booked , Instead I got a Ford . The car was fine , but the right front tire kept telling me on the dashboard that was low on air so I had to keep putting air in it …. Was annoying .
