I opted for a JEEP, which was actually an upgrade at no extra charge since I had purchased the best insurance. On the third day in San Francisco, my car window was broken, and items were stolen while inside Golden Gate Park. After filing a police report, I contacted the rental company and immediately returned the car without any additional paperwork. The service was prompt and customer-friendly.
