I am very dissatisfied with this car rental experience. I mistakenly selected the wrong pick-up location, and although I rented the car for 7 days, I contacted customer service immediately upon arriving at the airport to correct the pick-up location. However, they informed me that it could not be changed or canceled, so I never got the car but was still charged for the 7 days. I find the policies of this car rental company to be extremely unreasonable and feel they are outright unfair. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful and unsympathetic, and there was no way to file a complaint through phone or any department. I am very disappointed with this car rental company and will not use their services again.

Pickup time was 18:00 and return time was 18:00. We arrived at the counter around 17:30. After rejecting a bunch of extra charges the service staff introduced, the payment list still included an extra hour of rental fee just because we arrived half an hour early. After negotiation, the return time was changed to 17:00, avoiding extra charges. We almost ended up with a car of the same group, but fortunately refused it and were willing to wait, which took about fifty minutes.

Upon reaching our destination, the staff mentioned that the insurance purchased through Zuzuche only covers basic incidents. In case of accidents involving injury to others, medical expenses are not covered, and we needed to buy an additional insurance which was almost as expensive as the rental itself. For safety, we had to purchase the extra insurance. Originally priced at 180 USD, it ended up costing 291 USD at checkout.

Near Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, there is a dedicated Rent car & Return area with a free shuttle bus connecting to the airport every 5 minutes throughout the day, which is very convenient. Inside the reception hall, different car rental companies have their counters, which are easy to identify. Alamo's counter is on the far left with three service desks. The staff is very warm, patient, and professional.
