Excellent

The service at the counter was average, and they wanted to charge an extra dollar, sometimes claiming it was tax, other times saying it was an airport fee, very confusing. However, when I returned the car a few minutes late, the staff helped waive the $50 fee that would have been charged.

The process was very quick, but the car's condition was average and seemed older compared to other companies. Also, it felt like the fuel tank might have been modified to be smaller (maybe because they give a full tank of fuel), requiring frequent refueling.

Dislike: Tricky to find where to return the car in Las Vegas, was not given details so a lot of driving around in circles before we figured out exactly where to go. Was not explained to us on pick up
