Read the fine print

Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

Price was good.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

Do not rent from this company they want 300,000 dollars worth of car insurance for crappy 12,000 cars.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

Right cars Need to care about their costumers, I paid for a better car and gave me the cheap car model they had, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
