Very poor customer service

Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

Price was good.

The absolute worst car rental company in America..shiesters..it’s like getting pick pocketed in a supposed business..run as far as you can from them

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

the car had sour odor

Like: The shuttle came quickly and was a short trip to the pickup. I was up sold on the insurance although I had already purchased the full package, but they reduced my deposit from $2K to $500 for the economy car. Toll costs were explained well. Return was super easy and I was happy to see NO incidentals on my CC and deposit refunded in full when I got home!
Dislike: I thought the insurance up sell was confusing bc I had already purchased a full package.
