The customer service suck, they changed for everything. I didn’t get my vehicle from them and just left. Will never go with them again.

The pick up location was not specified in the reservation. I called them several times to pick me up from the airport. The Right Cars front desk charged me for rental insurance while I had Comprehensive coverage. They also overcharged me for unlimited toll pass. They forced me to buy it. I ended up paying 3 times more than what I expected based on the rate specified in Easyrentcars.com. It was the worse expereice that I have ever had with rental car companies.

These guys are scam. They force to sell insurance even though you don't need and own it. They require over $300000 in every category. ex) you need over $300000 in property dmg and uninsured even through that amount were not revealed in terms.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

Horrible experience. Was charged insurance even though it was prepaid through Easyrentcars. They said "this did not appear in their files". Good thing I had my receipt on hand!!! Then they still charged $2000 to my credit card for insurance deductible. Worst Manager ever. Forced to take Sunpass for $10/day. Everyone who came was super pissed off by the experience as well.
