We will never use right cars again because they ripped us off with overpriced insurance. We should have been told upfront about any law requiring extra insurance which they said we had to buy.

We feel that we were scammed because they lied and forced you to buy their insurance and forced you to buy the Sunpass if you didn’t have $300,000 in property damage they made you purchase their insurance and it does not say anywhere about that until you get to their counter I will never rent from this place again . We would definitely like a refund !!!

We should have been told about the need to purchase the SunPass and the fact that it was an outrageous $13/day when most tolls were under $1.50

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM THE TIME I WALK INTO THE OFFICE. STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST NOT ONLY WITH MY EXPERIENCE BUT ALSO WITH OTHERS.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.
