They try to upsell insurance, but everything else is okay

Didn't get the reserved model due to a six-hour flight delay, but still arrived on the same day.

Hertz give us with wrong car type which is smaller than i book

The staff were very helpful, I couldn’t fault them. The car was in good condition, it did have quite a number of dents and scratches and the air conditioning did not work. We were in Italy during summer and at 35 degrees temperatures it got very hot and sweaty in the car. The car wasn’t as clean as I would have expected it to be either. Otherwise mechanically the car was sound. Overall it was a good driving experience in Europe.
