When you pick up the car, they'll tell you about possible scratches and then try to sell you full insurance, scaring you with potential charges up to 6000 euros. The full insurance costs around 20 euros per day, which is more expensive than the car rental. After buying the store's full insurance, they didn't even check the car when returning it. They just took the keys and let me go. I don't know if they would check more thoroughly and cause trouble if I didn't buy the insurance. This time I was misled and bought extra insurance. Next time I'll just buy full insurance on QEEQ, which is much cheaper.
