Booked an automatic, got a manual instead. Refusal to take the manual led to a forced upgrade, which is expensive.

I paid for insurance and spent an entire precious travel day fixing the car. Returned the car in perfect condition, taking responsibility to ensure it could be rented out immediately without delays. Labor and materials are extremely expensive in New Zealand, with repair costs reaching 2500 RMB. Avis cars are also very expensive compared to others. In the end, there wasn't even an explanation or thank you. So, why did I pay for your insurance? Such companies will face consequences! At the very least, I paid for insurance! Even if you don't refund anything, at least return my insurance money! I hope Zuzuche (the rental platform) penalizes Avis for being an untrustworthy company!

The car model I reserved was unavailable, so I was given a lower grade model at pickup. The staff promised to reduce the price, but it was not adjusted during final billing. The car was new : just 24 km : it was perfect ! No queue at the Avis counter and clear explanations were provided in a very short time.

Very long to proceed on the web site : when I selected a car I got many pages to fill in, then I finished I got an answer than the car is not any more available or the price is actually double ? The opening our of the car rental companies are not provided on QEEQ web site. I had to go on each company web site to be able to find the company suitable with my flights.
