Easy streamlined

Waiting on an itemized bill please so I can verify what I have been charged for on my credit card.

Landed at Orlando airport at 9 PM and quickly found the Dollar counter, but there were a lot of people. We waited in line for about 40 minutes before it was our turn. The service attitude was decent, but the car was just okay. They gave us a Jetta with 80,000 km (similar to a Passat in our country). The power was average, and the car condition was just okay. We got into a minor accident at the hotel entrance after leaving the airport. Since we needed to go through insurance, we waited for the police to write a report. During the return, there was no extra charge. We don’t know if there will be additional charges in the future.

Renting and returning the car was very convenient. They do try to upsell insurance.

Service at pick up was swift. Couple of marks on the car, which I recorded as photos, windscreen not clean on the inside.

The car could have done with a wash and the windows were quiet dirty

When 1st booked you had to use shuttle as terminal pick had a large supplement to pay, nearer the date found cars included terminal pick up with out the large supplement.
