Smooth and safe

The kiosk at the site required a lot of information to input, and halfway through it crashed, forcing us to go to the counter, which was very frustrating. When booking, we had purchased full insurance, but the counter staff insisted we didn't. It wasn't until we showed the English part of the insurance provided by the rental service that they finally accepted it. Additionally, we had selected the option to return the car with a full tank when booking, but the counter staff insisted we buy their fuel (empty tank return), saying it would cost extra to return it full and that their fuel prices were much higher. Not wanting to waste time, we agreed... only to find out the outside fuel prices were half of what the rental company charged. It was infuriating!! The counter staff was really terrible!!

The downtown store is easy to find, but there are few cars to choose from

The vehicle was in great condition, the front desk service was quick, and communication was clear. The car return process was very simple. Excellent!

I originally booked a Toyota Corolla or similar, but it was changed to a Nissan Versa. According to the rental company's standards, it should be classified as a downgrade with no other options available.

Not sure why, but the GPS was not included and requires an extra fee. I remember my friend recommending you and saying GPS was included. Please clarify this, thank you!
