Very good, the documentation was clear, and there were no additional charges during the trip. Except for a parking ticket, everything was fine.

The company staff were very friendly, the car was in good condition, and when a headlight broke on the road, we replaced it ourselves for 13 euros. We provided the repair receipt when returning the car and were told it could be reimbursed.

It showed more than 3600 in China, but at Charles de Gaulle, I was forced to pay over 7000 to pick up the car, claiming I hadn't bought insurance. In China, I was assured that no additional fees would be charged, and I could pick up the car with my order. With my plans already set, I had no choice but to pay extra. When I complained after returning to China, customer service said I had no proof of the forced charge at Charles de Gaulle and since the rental period had ended, they claimed I voluntarily paid and didn't communicate properly with the rental company, so they wouldn't process my complaint. It feels like a complete scam! If I understood French fluently, why would I rent a car from your website????? The car I eventually got wasn't even the one I reserved. Everyone, be cautious and clarify everything in advance! It's a total scam, and no one has resolved this issue until now!

Should have acknowledged the customer the exact drop off location beforehand. It was my mistake as well to not to enquire when getting the car.

To have clearer and better communication with budget. I purchased higher protection scheme which able to reduce excess to 0, but the receptionist at the counter seemed have no idea about this and tried to sell me another package.
