If you choose a budget car, they will aggressively try to upsell you. It's best to treat them like persistent salespeople and not like regular Canadians; otherwise, you'll regret it.

Convenient, fast, new car, good condition.

The company offers excellent service and convenience. Picking up the car was easy without any requirement to upgrade the car model, and the vehicle was new. When I inquired about the car's RPM, they were very patient and experienced, providing precise guidance and reassuring us that everything was fine. The issue was resolved quickly by the second day, making the rest of the journey smooth and enjoyable. Returning the car was also quick and hassle-free. I will definitely use this company again. Don't opt for overly cheap rental companies as they can lead to unpleasant experiences. Renting and returning the car at the airport was great, especially since their working hours are long. We rented the car at around 9 PM, for two days, and returned it around 8 PM without any wasted time.

Pros: Did Not charge extra for satnav, free upgrade on request, friendly staff, relaxed damage policy. Cons: Cruise Parking Garage Check in desk PCs broken so had to haul luggage up 3 levels to busy foyer desk, knife had been left in car from previous occupant
