Usave seems to be a very small third-party agency. When taking the shuttle, the driver said he had never heard of this company and almost didn't let us board. After repeated confirmations, he only agreed to take us to the car pickup location to sort things out. Sure enough, the staff at the pickup location were also unfamiliar with this company and eventually told me that there was no record of my booking.

It's a small company specializing in Sicily, but the prices are cheap and the car condition is great. Highly recommended.
