Awful. But due to the car rental company, not QEEQ as a platform.

We rented three cars in total, all orders for Chevrolet Captiva 7-seater cars. However, upon pickup, they gave us a Changan CS35 Plus 5-seater car. When we arrived at the pickup time, the rental company informed us there were no 7-seater cars available, only 5-seaters, and if we didn’t want it, we could cancel the rental. Left with no choice, we took the car, but our luggage didn’t fit. The staff then suggested upgrading to a 7-seater car, for which we had to pay nearly $700, which is extremely unreasonable. We purchased full insurance with zero deductible when renting. The parked car was hit, but when we returned it, the rental company adamantly denied that we had bought insurance. They refused to check the contract or the rental receipt and insisted we hadn't purchased insurance, forcibly deducting the damage costs. Their service attitude was appalling. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this rental company. Of all the countries we’ve rented cars in, this is by far the worst rental company. Avoid it at all costs!

Very good, no additional charges or upselling.

The car was very old, but this has its advantage as new scratches weren't noticeable.

1. The front desk aggressively pushes various insurance options and gets very unfriendly if you refuse. 2. I picked up the car at 11 PM that night, and the order stated it had to be returned by 4 PM the next day. The company insisted that I must return the car by the time stated on the order, or else I would be charged for an additional day. 3. The deposit return process is too slow. On the day of return, the front desk informed me that the deposit of 16,000 pesos (approximately 7,000 RMB) would be returned within three days. However, when I called three days later, they said it would take 15 days. This is unacceptable!

The reservation has the wrong drop off location, they messed up the contract. They charge us the deposit and suddenly they decided they dont have a car eventhough the luggage was already in the car
