On the positive side, the car was in good condition, return was smooth, and when an insured accident happened, they processed the paperwork and provided a replacement car of the same model with no issues. On the negative side: the airport shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes for our car, and it wasn't ready even though we arrived an hour later than our scheduled pick-up time. We had to ask twice before they could locate the car. Other than that, everything else was alright and the prices were reasonable.
