The service staff at the store was really infuriating. There was a bit of forced selling, asking me to upgrade my insurance. I initially said no, but he directly added it to the bill. Fortunately, I noticed it and saw there was a $200 deposit and $52 insurance charge. I told him I didn't want either of them, and although he reluctantly removed them and gave me a new bill, the bill indicated a $200 charge. But after I signed, I found my credit card was still charged $252. I am so mad. I've had a good impression of Zuzuche, and this is the fifth time renting through them and the fourth with Hertz. This is the first time I've had such an issue. Can someone help me file a complaint? I want my money back, and the receipt is in the pictures attached.

we got a free larger SUV, a very nice SUV for snow riding we loved the vehicle.

price was good, affordable since it was during peak season.

The drop off location was hard to find. There was no way to get a taxi. It was out of the way.
