This car rental company is terrible. They intentionally guide customers to buy insurance. Since I clearly stated I didn't want to buy it and didn't read the contract carefully, I was ultimately charged over 2000 for full coverage.

We had two people and two large suitcases; the car we originally booked couldn't fit them. The staff said we couldn't place them on the back seat or we'd be fined (though I doubt that would actually be the case). They offered an upgrade at a cheaper price, but it still would have cost us nearly 2000 extra. We firmly declined, and in the end, they upgraded us to an SUV for free! Extremely grateful!!!

QEEQ provided great convenience for someone like me who doesn't speak English.

値段が安くカスタマーサービスもよかったです。 日本ではまず乗用車のレンタルでディーゼル車にあたることはありませんが、 海外の場合だと違います。 ディーゼル車に当たった場合、ガソリンと同じようにアドブルーを給水しないといけません。アドブルー費用が利用者持ちというところがあまり腑に落ちません。

there were very small scratches on the driver door which were not mentioned in the report, due to bad lighting in car pick up you could not see it, I only saw this on last day when putting petrol at the gas station.
