Awful. Waited 2 hours to pickup the car and called in to customer service and was HUNG UP on. SHAME!

We had to wait 40 minutes before someone picked us up at airport. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes.

We have to wait in line for two hours to get the rental car. There was only two counters were working. The line was from counter to the outside the building. The processing was very slow. I will never ever rent it from FOX.

Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour. The car was dirty and there was dings on the windshield, which can be dangerous if no repaired.

I found a car last minute with Fox through Easyrentcars.com that was half the price of the other options. THE GOOD: -Price was right. -Staff were easy to work with and friendly. -They didn't have the car I had reserved, but they gave me an upgrade. THE NOT SO GOOD: -My car smelled strongly of smoke. If I was in a smoking car, I would have liked to have known that before. -The check-in process could have been clearer. I waited 10 min behind people getting cars, before someone announced all I needed was to drop the keys with the front desk. It would be nice to have a car dropoff agent.

Found a last minute rental for half of what any other deal site or rental company offered! Easy booking. I will use again!

The agent tried to get me to pay more for a car I didn't need.
