Wonderful experience! Rental process was fast; and return was customer service that was above and beyond thanks to Charlton, the agent the checked us out.

It was easy to book and instruction on where to go and documents needed to rent the car were quite explicit. Overall, a very good experience.

Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour. The car was dirty and there was dings on the windshield, which can be dangerous if no repaired.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

First of all, there was not much of a line and there were several people working desks. It took us nearly an hour to get our car. It was the slowest process I have ever experienced to rent a car. Then I had requested a 4 wheel drive or equivalent auto, it was not a 4 wheel or equivalent and we were going into the mountains to Steamboat in a blizzard. What was requested was not fulfilled. I would not rent a car from Fox again.
