Long wait at the counter, no car check-in at pick up

We had an excellent service at the Car rental/ pick up in Denver. Sandy the lady who helped us initially was very efficient and professional and she waited to have her break to help us with our booking.

Very pleased with the service and the car that we were provided was excellent.

The car was not full tank, everything else was okay

Ridiculously slow service from pickup at the airport to check in at the counter to waiting for the shuttle after drop off. Not worth whatever money I saved going through Easyrentcars.com

The agent tried to get me to pay more for a car I didn't need.

First of all, there was not much of a line and there were several people working desks. It took us nearly an hour to get our car. It was the slowest process I have ever experienced to rent a car. Then I had requested a 4 wheel drive or equivalent auto, it was not a 4 wheel or equivalent and we were going into the mountains to Steamboat in a blizzard. What was requested was not fulfilled. I would not rent a car from Fox again.
