The waiting time during peak hours is a bit long, and there is only one staff member at the regular counter, so you need to allocate about an hour for the process. However, the overall procedure is quite quick, with both the rental and return contracts sent directly via email. The staff mentioned that if you notice any issues with the car during pickup, take photos to record them and report back during the return process. The whole service is fairly professional. The car provided was very new and well-equipped. I rented a compact automatic car, and they gave me a Toyota CHR hatchback with a hybrid system. The trunk space was large enough to fit two 24-inch suitcases without any problem. Very good experience!

Very satisfied. Even though our English is not good, they patiently used their phone to translate important points for us. Our credit card couldn't be used at the self-service gas station, and we were worried about returning the car late, so we returned it first. They informed us that their refueling service charges double and gave us a bit more time to refuel ourselves.
