The car looked fine. However, while driving on mountain roads, the brakes made a strange noise, and the accelerator stopped working. Luckily, I was close to the destination and barely made it to the parking lot. Otherwise, the consequences could have been serious.

Returned the car in Zurich, the staff checked and said everything was fine. Yet, after returning home, the bill claimed the fuel tank wasn’t full. Scam company, Europeans don't seem very credible in this case.

We booked a Ford Focus, but when picking up the car, we were told that this model was not available. Instead, we were asked to switch to the Sportage class and charged an upgrade fee of 180 francs, which I find unreasonable.

After the contract amount was confirmed, an extra charge of over 100 dollars was mysteriously deducted. Although the overcharge was refunded a few days later after I raised the issue with Zuzuche, the store never provided any explanation or apology. The experience was not great!
