Booked several months in advance, but the reserved car was unavailable. Luckily, we got a Mini Cooper in excellent condition. In Switzerland, you don't need a large car, and this one was perfect.

I had a great car rental experience during my self-drive trip in Switzerland. First of all, the car rental company's service was very professional. The process from pick-up to drop-off was smooth, the vehicle was clean and tidy, and although the performance was average and felt a bit underpowered on mountain roads, there’s nothing to complain about. After all, you get what you pay for. The staff was also very friendly and efficient, making the whole pick-up process very simple.
