Excellent service, but note that the international translation of the driver's license provided by QEEQ is not accepted for car pickup. You need a notarized version in English or Italian. In my case, I was allowed to rent because I have a foreign driver's license.

Very bad. Due to rain, we were in a hurry to return the car, and the Europcar staff at Rome airport charged us a 100 Euro car wash fee. If the contract specified a washing standard, I would have followed it. If they really deduct this fee, I hope the rental agency will stand up for us!
