The service was very satisfying, and the car rental and return process was extremely convenient and fast.

They did not push insurance sales. The car pickup was quite fast, with two cars to choose from. We had more luggage and took some time to decide which car to take. I rented a RAV4 but ended up with an Eclipse, which had significantly less space. Overall, though, I was satisfied.

My husband and I both had our driver’s licenses translated. The service staff only filled in my information and then insisted that we buy more insurance. We said we already had insurance but she claimed that only I could drive the car. If my husband wanted to drive, we would need to pay an additional £50 per day. After we got in the car, she kept warning us that if my husband drove, we would be fined £1000. Eventually, my husband went back to the office and another staff member clarified that we just needed to add his license information. It was frustrating!

the young lady was vey goof the only issue i has was the chugger type mentality of the company policy of trying to mug me for inflated insurance costs for tyres ! your practice is all very well in trying to sell insurance but it was a very negative feature - you should stop it as it looks v chaps and nasty
