The Calgary rental experience was smoother and more proficient due to the prior practice in Vancouver. Remarkably, ALAMO only charged CAD 204 for the 7-day rental in Calgary and waived the deposit, showcasing their generosity. Of course, we remained diligent in safe driving and strictly adhered to traffic regulations to return the car in perfect condition and honor ALAMO's trust and friendliness.

The back seat was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, which made for an uncomfortable ride.

Everything went smooth. I was given a free upgrade upon pick up which was a pleasant surprise. Counter staff were very helpful and the lady at drop off location was very courteous as well. Overall great experience. I would request Alamo staff at Pearson airport location to pick up the phone. Tried connecting several times but no body picked and I had to connect to help desk for some queries. However apart from this, service was excellent and I would book again with Alamo.
