Excellent experience! Smooth process. Hybrid car with suprisingly low fuel consumptiom

I inadvertently joined the diamond memebrship program, which taking into account my profile as a traveler, I am unlikely to nuse in the future. The website should be more specific and clear when offering this opition to the client!

The puck up went smoothly, and the car was fine, but we will never use ACE car rentals again because at the drop we left the car unattended and we believe a member of staff threw stones at the windscreen and chipped it. It did Not have any chips in when we returned the car, especially directly in front of the drivers face, when it was pointed out as we went back out side the windscreen chips were clearly visible, and I would have noticed these over the 21 day rental, and we were asked if we had photos of the windscreen but why would we take photos of a perfectly good windscreen ??

The car was not up to my expectation in terms of the condition of car(quite dirty inside), waited for another car but it was same as previous one which I just took it.

The car was quite scratched and smelt of cigarette smoke , I have also been charged twice and not sure why?It is also almost 4 days since I returned the car and still have not got my $250 deposit back, the staff failed to tell me I could use my TOLL account from NSW to pay tolls in VIC but instead made me buy a $17 toll credit
