Drop off in Bergen was also a bit confusing only because Europcar doesn’t have an office in the rental car center. They do have clearly marked section to leave car though. You go into the airport and drop the key into an automated machine box. There is a staff member there but busy handling the long line of pickup customers. No chance to ask questions about the toll fees, etc. You just have to trust. There is no real expectation setting here.

The process of renting and returning the car is quite simple and clear, and the staff is professional and responsible.

The car rental company’s service was good, and the vehicle provided was well-equipped. It was a great first experience!
