False advertising, paid for $100 to $385 excess then at pick up was told my excess was $4000

Pretty good overall — communication was smooth, the car was in great condition and really clean.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very smooth. Driving within the national park was very convenient and free. However, be sure to check if the pre-authorization is refunded. In my case, the pre-authorization was wrongly charged despite paying the full rental amount upfront. It was only resolved after QEEQ customer service rechecked it. The car's condition was average; the backup camera was broken, and the car had several damages when picked up. Make sure to record a video!

The staff at the parking lot were quite nice. There was a big guy with glasses who helped us with our luggage and placed it in the trunk. Since the trunk of the GLA was too small, we asked if we could switch cars. After some back and forth, we ended up sticking with the GLA and put another large suitcase in the front passenger seat. His attitude was very friendly and patient despite the hassle. Another staff member, wearing a yellow vest, helped us with the child seat we rented. He patiently demonstrated how to use it and, after realizing the buckle was not secure, put in a lot of effort to re-fasten it securely. We are very grateful to these two staff members!
