The service is straightforward, and it's evident that everyone is working diligently to serve customers well (e.g., proactively offering upgrades).

Very poor service at pick up, car wasn’t even at the location for the agreed 12.00 pick up. No apologies given was told to go and get a coffee and come back at 12.15. The manager, Khalid, was argumentative and told me it was normal to wait an hour implying I was lucky to get it when I did.

It's quite good.

Picking up and returning the car was extremely convenient, and the upgrade discounts were great.

I recommend AVIS , they are so professional and they dont add any extra hidden charges when you return the car.
