Additionally, the shuttle driver only spoke Italian. He will ask for a parking ticket, and we had to use the app to tell him we were going to the rental location. Everything went smoothly overall. Although it may not be as polished as those large international companies, compared to other local companies I've used a few times, this one is pretty good.
