It's been two days since I returned the car, but the deposit and fuel refund have not been processed yet. I was informed that the standard processing time is seven days, with a maximum of thirty days.

Car pickup was convenient, make sure to inspect the car carefully and keep detailed records.

Be cautious with this store as they may try to make you buy full insurance. Avoid making any mistakes; they might not give you the car if you arrive early or late. Ended up paying an extra 180 euros for full coverage.
