Got upgraded to a larger car without additional charges.

We didn't purchase full insurance, so the damage deposit was 750 EUR, but after returning the car without any damage, we only received 529.17 EUR back, which means they deducted nearly 220 EUR... This is one problem... The second one is that we returned the car with a full tank, but they charged us 25 EUR full-tank fee and did not refund this amount... The most important issue is that they deducted nearly 250 EUR for damage deposit and return fee... Picture 1 is the contract, Picture 2 is the receipt confirming the car was returned in perfect condition, Picture 3 is the refund status for the deposit showing an unjustified deduction of 220 EUR despite no damage, and Picture 4 is the full-charged rental fee for returning the car with a full tank without refunding the 25 EUR

Horrible service in Bilbao!! When we got there we took 2 hours and 30 minutes to pick up hour car. Nothing wrong about the staff working there, one guy picking up, dropping and checking all the cars, and one woman doing all the contracts, we were surprise that they could even manage everything. It was really annoying to wait that long but it wasn’t the employees’s fault at all, it’s impossible to run a place just we that staff, they couldn’t do more and obviously they were so stress. This complain it’s more about the company and how necessary it’s to hire more people, not fair for the customers and not fair at all for the staff.
