You can walk to the counter of OK Mobility - Ok Alc car rental.

After you get off the plane, head to the arrivals area (ground floor). Once you get to the arrivals area, use the tourist information office as a reference point. Keep walking for a few meters and you’ll arrive at the OK Mobility office.

Drop-off Instructions

When you arrive at the airport, follow all the signs stating "Llegadas/Parking/Car Rental". After you go down the ramp leading to the car park, follow the lane marked “Rent a Car”. At the end of this lane, you will find the sign for all the rental offices. Turn left, enter the car park and head to Level 2. Once you're at Level 2 turn right immediately after the OK Mobility sign and you'll find the vehicle return office.

The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent.
