Compared to other rental companies, it's slightly slower. The whole process takes about 20 minutes.

They said we could just hand over the keys when returning the car. However, after returning home, we received a charge without any explanation.

There needs to be better staffing at the parking so multiple customers can be serviced at the same time. Process is very very cumbersome and needs to be improved significantly.

Pick up was smooth... but only one staff there at the counter when drop off serving many customers... well, it was a Sunday morning, but still, there should be 2 more staffs working... The wait was too long and i had to attend an event so the staff told me to just leave the car key and go...

I needed some advice on how the car functioned. On/off process , handbrake , fuel access. This would have helped.
