Everything went smoothly. I have rented cars from them multiple times. The car was in good condition, and any damages on the car were clearly documented in the contract. The service staff were very efficient. Overall, a good experience.

The provided car did not match the one I reserved. The description mentioned it could fit three suitcases, but it could only fit one 24-inch and one 20-inch suitcase. They kept trying to upsell me on a car upgrade and insurance. The car had many scratches on the driver's door.

Very simple and convenient, but the return location is a bit hard to find. It's recommended not to return the car in the city center. However, the return process is quite simple; just park the car and hand over the keys without any inspection.
