I returned the car with a full tank as required by the platform, but I was forcibly charged over $80 for fuel on my credit card when I received the bill. It was very disappointing.

I explicitly mentioned during the paperwork that I had already purchased insurance through the app and didn’t need it, but they still added extra insurance. Initially, they gave me a Ford, and I had to negotiate with them to switch to a Suburban. Honestly, it felt very unpleasant—seems like Asian staff target Asian customers.

The staff was patient, although I still got inadvertently charged for some reimbursements. Overall, the attitude was good. It was my first time renting a car, so I was a bit nervous.

When I picked up the car, it was snowing heavily in Boston, and there was no one at the reception area. The attendant was very patient with me. Since I had to return the car early in the morning, the attendant patiently called to check if self-service return was possible. Due to an issue with the insurance on my order, it took a long time, and I ended up changing to an order with insurance. The entire car rental process took nearly half an hour, but the attendant was not annoyed. Considering that I was driving to Richmond, he offered me a larger car and repeatedly reminded me to be careful because of the snowy conditions in Boston. (Indeed, the roads were very slippery that day, and I could only drive at less than 10 km/h. Even slight acceleration made the wheels slip, but the roads were much better the next day.)
