Great price! Car was not as clean as it should have been on the inside and was released to me on pick up with 1/4 tank of fuel. Easy to dismiss this as price was great.

“Never using you again Back to Turo”

Three people including myself were all told the car they rented wasn't available and were given larger gas guzzlers or told after waiting an hour that they could return to the airport and find another service. It is not a shuttle away from the airport, but multiple shuttles away which is deceiving and complete BS.

Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago
