We followed the instructions from the rental service to wait at the parking lot, but the actual pick-up location was different. After phone communication, we found that the Routes employee spoke good Chinese. However, it took multiple inquiries to finally find the pick-up location near the Routes company's container.

I spend around 45 minutes to received my car. I booked Toyota Yaris bus I received the bigger one than I booked.

The car was not in great shape. There was residue from stickers all over the car and the side windows. The interior could have been cleaner. Counter staff was not friendly and difficult to understand. The Routes service location was dirty, in poor repair and garbage was strewn all over the ground while staff were sitting around. Not a great impression or great experience.

Clean up your office inside and out. Clean your cars and put gas in them. Extend your hours for pick up and drop off to airport

Like: The shuttle driver was very very friendly. He did not waste any time. The day we returned the vehicle. The girl was super friendly also. We have already booked our next rental with them in Sept.
