Note that Thrifty's operations are actually handled by the Hertz counter. There are a lot of people, and you need to take a number and wait to be called. There's a ticket machine at the entrance where you enter your last name, and it will show up on the screen. Just wait for your number to be called.

You need your own notarized document, otherwise you can't get the car. The car was very new.
