Long wait times, difficult to find the location, and even though I filled up the tank at a nearby gas station, due to navigation issues, I had to circle the terminal twice. When returning the car they insisted the tank wasn't full, which seems impossible.

Counter staff gave helpful local advice on pickup . Exceptional help at drop off after I left something in the car leading to successful recovery of the item. By far my best car hire experience.

Car was fine but the service on pick up was absolutely awful. Long line at the desk then staff tried to up sell. Eventually booked in and then had to wait for the car for about 45 minutes! What is the point of booking on line? Definitely would not recommend using this company. Had a much better experience in Calgary with Enterprise.
