Very dissatisfied. There were only two of us, and we rented a Ford Edge 5-seater SUV, which was quite large and booked three months in advance. At the airport, a black employee handled the paperwork but never mentioned an upgrade, just told us it was a Chevrolet. They just had him keep selecting 'agree' without any explanation. When we returned the car, we got charged $80 and only then realized what had happened. Very angry. When we picked up the car, we saw it was a 5+2 seater and asked the staff at the station who confirmed it was the one. We drove off. I've already filed a complaint with the rental company and called to complain in the US. Originally, the rental wasn't cheap, and now it's even more expensive, about $107 per day. Very frustrated.
