This is my third time renting from this car rental company. This time, the staff seemed to insist on upselling me to a higher-tier car model. The experience was average.

After returning home, I received a fine notification and was charged a £30 administrative fee. However, when I checked the UK government website based on the information provided, the details were completely incorrect—the fine number and vehicle didn't match. Is this a case of a mistaken fine, or was there no fine at all, and they randomly charged me an administrative fee?

Counter staff were excellent and the drop off was so quick and easy. The shuttle bus was great too , can’t recommend Avis Heathrow enough.
