The first car we got was in poor condition. it had a safety issue with steering. The car was NOT suppose to be available to customers at all.

“Unfair extra charge”
About SURPRICE RENT A CAR: 7.3 /10
Guys, I got to the airport pick point 30 min before you close. It was not my fault it took you more than 30 min for the transfer to show up and take us to your location. You still charged me 25$ extra! That's the reason of my bad review, I did complain at the desk but your guy said it was the rule. if I knew I was paying 25$ extra you wouldn't be my choice for rental. Please fix that.

“Cheap but cars are bangers”

Difficult to find the pick up point, car a banger, clutch on the way out, couldnt get reverse gear, door lock passenger side inoperable, driverscseat wouldnt recline need i go on . . . .
