It's okay.

Pre-authorization turned into intentional charges. It's been two months since we returned, and still no response. Very low efficiency.

Picked up the car at Edinburgh Waverley Station. Due to it being a central train station, there were many people, and we had to queue. It took over an hour from queuing to getting the car. The pleasant surprise was the vehicle upgrade, and the car came with a navigation system, which made driving to the Highlands smooth and effortless.

Brilliant service would highly recommend

Brilliant website, so easy to use and has never let me down the point system is amazing.

Customer service was good however they were short staffed and it took a long wait for me to collect the car.
